What Folks Are Sayin’

I bought an RV from Pam and Harold, then after 3 or 4 payments was diagnosed with end stage Metastatic prostate cancer. I have been very sick and had a problem with a few late payments. Most companies would have snatched my rv from me, leaving me homeless at a very vulnerable time.

I am grateful beyond words that they are working with me. I have been put in for hospice and have an appointment for social security. Which, I pray will make a little less to worry about.

Thank you Pam and Harold for working with me

There is a special place in heaven for you both!

Great spot, manager of park is super nice and helpful. Helped me get in my spot. Gave me the load down and things to know. Quiet and friendly people. Nicely off the beaten path to where you forget it's in the city .

Great place to be, friendly neighbors and management is very professional. This place used to be crazy but now it's quiet and peaceful. Grounds are clean and maintenance guy is helpful and professional. I plan on staying here quite a while.

The owner is the most caring person and he appreciates his employees! I am thankful that it’s affordable place to live long term!

WOW.....talk about a blast from the past, this used to be a mobile home park. Shamrock Trailer Park, ran by Ralph & Della Saintclare. I lived there with my Daddy & two brothers back in middle school in 1976-78
